Minimum order quantities
Minimums depend on the formula, the packaging and the procurement required. We quote a real minimum against your actual product rather than publishing a headline number.
Supplement powders
Our largest volume
Blended in the powder room, filled by weight, sealed, scooped and labelled in one pass. Flavour and masking work is done in house, which is where most powder projects succeed or fail.

Pre-workouts
Stimulant, low-stimulant and stimulant-free. High-citrulline and high-beta-alanine loads are the usual masking challenge. We build the acid and sweetener system around the actives rather than the other way round.
Creatine products
Monohydrate straight, micronised, or blended with electrolytes and flavour. Grit and mixability are the two things clients get complaints about, so both are tested on every sample.
Hydration powders
Electrolyte blends in tubs, sachets or sticks. Mineral notes need dedicated masking. We keep a tested set of systems for sodium, magnesium and potassium loads.
Protein powders
Whey concentrate, isolate, blends and plant protein. Dispersion, foaming and aftertaste are assessed on every trial batch alongside flavour.
Fat burners
Thermogenic and non-stimulant formulas, powder or capsule. Dosage review happens before we quote, and we will push back on a formula we would not manufacture.
Nootropic and wellness powders
Focus blends, greens, collagen, sleep and general wellness. Botanical extracts carry strong flavour and colour impact, both handled at formulation stage.
Capsules
For actives that do not flavour well, or dosing that does not suit a scoop. Encapsulation, bottling, desiccant, induction sealing and labelling, with the same documentation and approval flow as every other format.
Capsules are the wrong answer for high-gram serves. A 12 g pre-workout is twenty capsules, and nobody takes twenty capsules.

Cosmetics and topicals
Separate room, separate records
Run in a different room from powders, with its own cleaning and changeover records. Emulsions, anhydrous oils and serums, filled into glass or airless packaging. Bring any claims you intend to make on the label to the first call, because they change the formula.

Serums
Water-based and emulsified serums with actives, humectants and preservative systems.
Facial oils
Anhydrous carrier and botanical oil blends, dropper or pump filled.

Lightweight blends with fragrance, filled into glass droppers or pump bottles.
Topical treatments
Balms, lotions and treatment products where the format suits our filling equipment.
Laboratory liquids and decanting
Bulk-to-retail decanting for laboratory and industrial clients, with lot traceability and documentation on every fill. Solvents decanted into retail or laboratory volumes with the relevant safety data sheet attached to the batch. Purified, distilled and filtered waters filled into HDPE or glass with batch coding and retained samples.
We also fill client-supplied liquids where the viscosity and chemistry suit our equipment. Send the specification and we will tell you whether it runs.
