Formulation, manufacturing and packaging under one roof.

We make powders, capsules, serums and oils for Australian supplement and cosmetic brands. We also do the parts most factories leave to you: sourcing the ingredients and the packaging, developing the flavour, printing and applying the labels, and booking the freight.

Currently manufacturing for NXT Gen Labs, Driven Nutritionand Bionyx Labware.

What a project covers

  1. 01

    Formulation

Formula built or reviewed for cost, dosage and whether it can actually be blended at scale. Flavour and masking developed in house.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

Ingredients and packaging bought from suppliers we have already qualified, with COAs collected and minimums negotiated.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing

Powder blending, cosmetic emulsification, oil blending and liquid filling, in separate rooms with their own cleaning records.

  4. 04

    Packaging

Filled to weight, capped, sealed, scooped, labelled, batch coded and cartoned. Labels designed and printed here.

  5. 05

    Dispatch

Freight booked, batch documentation filed, tracking sent. The product stays on file so the second run is a reorder, not a rebrief.

What we manufacture

Powder, cosmetic and liquid production run in the same facility, so a brand with a pre-workout and a face oil deals with one manufacturer instead of three.

All product categories

The problem is almost never the manufacturing.

Ask a brand about their worst run and they will not describe a bad blend. They will describe three weeks of silence, a launch date that moved twice without explanation, and a pallet that turned up with the wrong scoop in it.

Most factories are set up to run machines, not projects. We built the opposite way round, and the four things below are enforced by the system rather than promised in a meeting.

You never have to ask where it is

Every project has a live stage, a named owner, a next action and a date for the next update. Delays get posted the day we find out, with the reason.

Approvals happen in one place

Formulas, samples, packaging, label proofs and freight quotes are approved in the portal, with the version, date and your comments recorded against them.

Small first runs, then scale

Launch with a modest run and reorder in one step. Established brands can move repeat production across without redoing development work.

Documentation a retailer will accept

Ingredient COAs, batch records, traceability, finished-product records and retained samples, filed against the batch and downloadable.

See exactly where your product is.

Every client gets a private workspace showing their projects and nothing else. No other brand's formulas, prices or production dates are visible in it, and our supplier contacts stay ours.

Standard and custom components

Standard packaging is available for faster production: we already stock the tub, cap, scoop, label stock and flavour system, so quoting takes days and minimums are lower. Custom packaging is sourced to order, which buys real differentiation and costs volume and time. Most projects use both.

Compare the two paths

Minimum order quantities

We do not publish a fixed number, because there is not one. The minimum depends on the formula, the packaging and what has to be procured. A standard tub with core-stock ingredients starts far lower than a custom-moulded jar with an imported active. Send us the product and quantity you have in mind and we will give you the number that applies.

Questions we get asked

Do I need a formula already?

No. We work three ways: we develop a formula from your concept, we review and adjust an existing formula so it runs at production scale, or we manufacture your formula as written. If you own the formula you keep it, and ownership is agreed in writing before development starts.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the formula, the packaging and the procurement required. Standard packaging with core-stock ingredients allows much smaller runs than custom components with import minimums. Send us the product and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum.

How long does a first project take?

Development usually takes longer than the manufacturing. Ingredient and packaging lead times are the constraint, especially on imported custom components. You get an estimated window at quote stage, and a confirmed production date once all materials have arrived and passed inspection.

Can you handle labels and packaging as well?

Yes. We design and print labels, source tubs, bottles, caps, scoops, seals and cartons, apply the labels, assemble the finished units and book the freight. You can also supply your own components and we will hold them as client-owned stock.

Who can see my formula?

Only your team and the Anvil staff working on your project. Formula visibility in the portal is configurable: full formula, ingredients without quantities, or actives only. No client can see another client's products, prices, documents or production dates.

Do you supply certificates and batch documentation?

Yes. Ingredient COAs, batch records, raw-material traceability, finished-product records and retained-sample records are filed against each batch in your portal. Our documentation supports your compliance work. It does not replace your own regulatory obligations.

Tell us what you want to make.

Send a brief and you get a project reference, a written next step and a reply within one working day. If the project is not right for us we will say so early, and it will not have cost you anything.
