Anvil was started by people who spent years on the other side of this, chasing factories for an answer about their own stock. Everything on the right is something we were told to put up with. None of it is difficult to fix. It just has to be someone's job.

Nobody chooses a manufacturer for the mixing.
Ask a supplement brand about their worst manufacturing experience and they will not describe a bad blend. They will describe three weeks of silence, a launch date that moved twice without explanation, and a pallet that arrived with the wrong scoop in it.
The reason is structural. Most contract manufacturers are set up to run machines, not projects. Information about your product lives in one person's inbox, a spreadsheet nobody else opens, and a folder on a desktop. When that person is on the floor, you wait. When that person leaves, the knowledge goes with them.
Meanwhile the work that surrounds the manufacturing, sourcing the tub, chasing the label printer, verifying an ingredient supplier, booking the freight, gets pushed back onto the brand. The brand is least equipped to do it and is already paying someone else to.

You get an update whether or not there is news
Every project has one named account manager, a current stage, a next action and a date for the next update. Weekly summaries go out on schedule. A delay is posted the day we learn about it, with the reason attached, because a known delay is manageable and a silent one is not.
You leave with a product, not a bucket of powder
Formulation, ingredients, packaging, flavour, labels, printing, filling, assembly, documentation and freight are all things we can do. You choose how much of it we handle, but you never have to go and find the missing piece yourself.
Your product has a permanent record
Formula versions, approvals, suppliers, packaging specifications, batches and documents live against the product rather than in an inbox. That is why a reorder is one step and not a rebriefing, and why staff changes do not cost you a month.
We tell you when something will not work
If your target retail price cannot carry your formula, you hear it on the discovery call rather than after the deposit. If a project is not right for us, we say so early. It costs us a job occasionally and saves everyone a bad one.
Start-ups and established brands, in the same rooms
We currently manufacture for NXT Gen Labs, Driven Nutrition and Bionyx Labware, alongside external brands across supplements and cosmetics. A first-time founder testing 500 units runs through the same process, the same documentation and the same portal as a brand reordering by the pallet.
